Taught by: Jenna Vazquez and Carin Spilsbury
Offered during: Workshop Session 1, October 27 10:55-11:30
In Romans 12:9-13, Paul writes, “Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.”
Webster’s defines hospitality as “the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers.”
In this workshop we will explore:
- what Biblical hospitality means and looks like
If you have these gifts of hospitality, please come. If you don’t think you have these gifts but want to see hospitality in your Church, please come. If the Lord is speaking to you and you just want to eat some food, please come!
